Air circulation electric furnace replaces nitrate furnace for aluminum alloy heat treatment
The traditional heat treatment uses nitrate furnace heating, which has the disadvantages of serious environmental pollution, energy consumption and greater waste. The air circulation electric furnace has the advantages of fast startup and good energy saving effect. The quenching transfer time is fast and adjustable to meet the requirements of different aluminum alloy parts. Claim. The solution quenching after heating in the air circulation electric furnace has no pollution to the cooling medium, which is beneficial to the promotion of the use of organic quenching media, reducing heat treatment distortion, and improving production efficiency.
The key technology of the air circulation electric furnace is how to ensure the uniformity of the furnace temperature (±3～±5℃), especially the requirements of the large-sized furnace, and how to meet the uniformity requirements of the furnace temperature of the lower temperature (100～150℃). The second key technology is how to ensure rapid quenching transfer time, and can be adjusted and controlled according to different requirements of parts.
Organic quenching medium
The aluminum alloy quenching medium is usually water or hot water, but for the case of large heat treatment deformation or strict deformation, hot water cannot meet the requirements, and an organic quenching medium aqueous solution must be selected. The organic quenching medium aqueous solution is used instead of water on the air circulation electric furnace to reduce the heat treatment deformation of the aluminum alloy and the correction man-hours for sheet metal parts by more than 50%.
