From the perspective of mechanical structure, the design of the engraving machine is light, the X and Y axes move fast, the Z axis travel is short, and it is suitable for engraving 5mm-8mm materials. The engraving spindle head is equipped with a spring pressing nose, which is used to flatten the thin plate under 3mm during the engraving process. The engraving spindle is connected to a motor with a larger diameter through a belt, so as to increase the speed, so that the quality of the engraved workpiece is smoother. The engraving tool used is longer, with a length of about 15.9cm and a diameter of about 4.35mm. The diameter of cutters available for engraving and milling machines ranges from 1mm to 16mm, and the cutter length is 50 to 80mm. We can use it flexibly, install thin knives to do fine work, and thick knives to do big work. Because the machine design focuses on heavy loads, the frame has high rigidity, and the Z axis stroke is large, it can not only be used as a small engraving machine, but also can cut thick plates at high speed.
